The lifting pin anchor system is a universal, high quality and cost-effective system for lifting all types of precast concrete elements. It can be used for especially heavy precast elements with individual anchor loads up to 45 tons. 

Typically used for Lifting & Handling a wide range of precast elements, such as Underground Utility Structures, Box & 3-Sided Culverts, Curb Inlets & Catch Basins, and Manholes. Other common applications are stripping of precast Wall Panels, Deck Slabs, and handling of Highway Barriers, as well.

The systems’ anchor placement is ideal for lifting from vertical or horizontal surfaces, not along the edge of slabs or panel sections.

Anteky Flat lifting system is made up of flat anchor--a steel component (inset into the concrete) and ring clutch(a lifting component). The ring cluthc is locked to the anchor casted into concrete. Then prefabricated concrete component can be lifted and transported by a ring.

Used for edge lifting precast panels with erection style anchors and face lifting with slab style anchors, such as, with Wythe, T-Bar, Spread or Plate anchors. Where the QL Spiral Anchors are ideal for Double Tee’s, but not limited to other structural precast elements, such as, Beams, Columns, and Inverted Tee’s.

The Anteky Threaded lifting system, featuring a robust Rd/M-thread, provides a versatile lifting solution for precast concrete elements. With its well-matched system components, it offers safe and reliable solutions for various construction tasks.

Anteky Threaded lifting inserts can be installed either flush with the surface or recessed into the precast concrete element. Reusable lifting keys are then securely screwed into the inserts, facilitating a safe connection to the crane.

WIRELOOP BOX SYSTEM are Single Wire/Double Wire，loops used for connecting precast wall panels to one another or to a column. WIRELOOP BOX SYSTEM simplify the wall installation process, as they only require the removal of a protecting tape and bending of the loop out from the box.

Prior to the casting of the elements, wire loop boxes are installed onto the formwork at the necessary spacing to bear shear loads. Once the formwork is removed, the protective tape covering the loops can be taken off, and the loops can be bent open using a hammer or a pin. The wall panels are then installed and supported as per the construction plans. A vertical rebar is inserted through the loops, ensuring structural integrity. The horizontal position of the loops is checked to ensure proper alignment. Finally, after the completion of the formwork, concrete grout is poured or pumped into the joint to complete the installation.
