PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Our Holding Plate is specifically designed for surface-embedded plate anchor installations. During use, first insert the opened rubber formwork stripper into the plate anchor, then press the rubber lifting plate into the stripper and embed the assembly into wet concrete.

Its dedicated lifting fixture incorporates a rotary pin that must be rotated during hook connection to prevent accidental disengagement. When installing plate lifting anchors, the base plate becomes permanently embedded in concrete, secured by a dome-shaped former which simultaneously forms a concave recess in the concrete surface.

    The exposed portion of the spherical head anchor remains clearly visible after concrete pouring and is permanently marked with load rating, length specification, and manufacturer code, ensuring on-site component traceability and zero risk of confusion.

    According to the standard for the failure safety factor of steel structures, the spherical head anchor's load-bearing capacity is designed at three times the ultimate strength of the steel, while the lifting tool's pressure-bearing capacity reaches four times the ultimate strength of the steel.  

    3. Multi-corrosion protection solutions

       - FV-grade hot-dip galvanizing (compliant with heavy-duty anti-corrosion standards)  

       - Stainless steel (suitable for highly corrosive environments)
