As we rapidly expand our presence in the Middle East market, we are seeking a dynamic local sales professional to join our team and drive growth in Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the face and voice of our company in the Saudi market. Your core mission is to develop new clients, specifically targeting large precast concrete plants and major construction contractors, and promoting our high-value product lines. You will leverage your local knowledge, network, and sales skills to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Proactively prospect, approach, and win new local clients, with a strong focus on precast plants and major construction projects.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Procurement Managers, Project Engineers) within client organizations.
Technical Sales: Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the technical value and application advantages of our products to provide professional solutions.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing strategic insights to management.
Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, quotation, and negotiation to final closure and payment collection.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters team and the Country Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory: Saudi National or valid Saudi residency transferable.
Mandatory: Native Arabic language proficiency and fluent English (as a working language).
Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a background in construction hardware, building materials, industrial products, or a related field.
Strong Advantage: Existing network and connections within large precast plants, construction contractors, or similar client segments.
Strong Advantage: Experience dealing with contractors involved in major projects similar to "Sidra".
Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive, and of high integrity.

Job Position:Pre-sales Technical Manager (The Middle East Market)

1. Provide professional pre-sales technical support for sales teams in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to embedded systems and anchoring systems;
2. Carry out technical exchanges with customers such as design institutes and engineering units, deeply understand customer needs, provide professional technical solutions, and establish harmonious cooperative relations;
3. According to customer needs and project requirements, product selection, calculation and scheme design, and issue calculation and related technical documents;
4. Participated in project bidding, explained technical solutions and answered questions, and assisted the sales team to win the project;
5. Track industry trends and technology development trends, collect and analyze competitors' information, and provide suggestions for the company's product development and market strategy;
6. Assist the sales team to maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
7. Other temporary work arranged by the leader.
1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or mechanical engineering, with solid professional basic knowledge;
2. 3 years working experience in related industry, familiar with construction industry standards and technical specifications;
3. Skilled use of engineering drawing software, with strong learning ability and problem-solving ability;
4. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams;
5. Fluent in English, able to carry out business and technical communication, can accept business trips.
