The Shenzhen Metro Line 20 Phase II project has a total length of approximately 24.821 km and includes 11 stations, all of which are underground (including 3 fully prefabricated assembly stations), with a designed maximum operating speed of 120 km/h, scheduled to open in 2028. Phase II of the Shenzhen Metro Line 20 not only fills the gap in rail transit from northern Nanshan to southern Bao'an, but also connects multiple lines efficiently through 9 transfer stations, linking with Line 1, Line 11, Line 12, and others to achieve effective connections between 'main and sub-centers'.

Anteky provides prefabricated component products for the 3 fully prefabricated assembly stations in this project. Previously, we also supplied products and services for prefabricated station projects such as Qingdao Metro Line 6 and Wuxi Metro Line 5.

The construction technology for prefabricated stations has been widely applied in modern urban rail transit construction due to its advantages of efficiency, environmental protection, and quality control. Compared to traditional cast-in-place construction methods, prefabricated technology significantly reduces on-site wet work, thereby lowering noise and dust pollution. Additionally, the factory production of prefabricated components ensures consistency and reliability in component quality. Prefabricated buildings achieve uniformity and reliability in construction quality through standardized design, factory production, and assembly construction, while also improving construction safety by reducing on-site wet work.
